Your clinician reviews medications, sleep, medical history, prior hormone treatment, fertility goals, and appropriately timed tests. Diagnosis requires compatible symptoms and consistently low testosterone results. Repeat morning testing or further evaluation may be needed.

How telehealth TRT works

A clear path from intake to follow-up.

1. Arrange your evaluation. Call while secure online booking is being prepared. Once booking opens, complete the short screener and reserve your appointment with a $50 deposit credited toward the initial evaluation fee.
2. Complete your full intake. Share your symptoms, medications, medical history, prior TRT, fertility goals, and any existing results through the secure clinical system when available. Your clinician reviews this before deciding which tests or preliminary conversation you need.
3. Get blood drawn near you. Receive a lab order and collection instructions, then arrange testing with an outside laboratory that can perform the requested tests. Do not purchase an extra panel before your intake has been reviewed.
4. Meet with your clinician by video. Talk through your concerns, understand your results, and discuss benefits, risks, and treatment options. Your clinician explains the recommended next steps and answers your questions.
5. Continue with a monitored plan. If TRT is appropriate and you proceed, membership begins when treatment starts. Strive Pharmacy ships your prescribed injectable testosterone and routine supplies. Follow-up tracks symptoms, response, and safety markers.

Your lab order travels with you.

Baseline does not currently draw blood in the office. Whether you live in Richmond, Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, Roanoke, Charlottesville, the Shenandoah Valley, or elsewhere in Virginia, you take your order to an outside laboratory of your choice that accepts it and offers the required tests.

Check the laboratory’s appointment requirements, collection hours, and charges before going. Follow the instructions supplied with your order for morning collection and fasting when instructed. Existing results can be reviewed, but their timing, completeness, and your current treatment determine whether they can be used.

Laboratory charges are separate from membership. You pay the lab directly or use insurance if accepted and covered by your plan; coverage is not guaranteed. If results are incomplete at the visit, the evaluation can still happen, but prescribing may need to wait.

Continuity beyond the first visit

Continue with Andrew over time, with scheduled follow-up and lab review to track how you feel and how treatment is working. Your care plan adapts to your response and needs.

A full appointment is not required every month. Stable periods may include a brief phone or secure-message check-in between scheduled visits. New symptoms or dose changes can require an appointment or additional testing.

Secure messaging is for nonurgent treatment questions, with a response target of two business days. It is not monitored continuously. For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Clear pricing

Ongoing TRT care: $150 per month.

Membership includes your individualized treatment plan, prescribed injectable testosterone, routine injection supplies, shipping, scheduled TRT visits, lab-result review, brief check-ins, and secure nonurgent treatment messaging.

Your initial evaluation and outside labs are paid separately. The initial evaluation fee is being finalized and will be disclosed before booking. The $50 booking deposit is credited toward that fee. Full cancellation and refund terms will be available before payment.

Membership begins when treatment starts. Your evaluation gives you a clinical assessment and a discussion of your treatment options.
