Virginia telehealth
Telehealth can make appointments easier to fit around work and travel. You must be physically located in Virginia for a telehealth visit. Some concerns require an in-person examination or additional testing; visit format depends on your clinical needs.
Your first steps
From questions to a clear plan.
- Arrange your evaluation. Call to ask about availability while our secure online screening and booking system is being prepared. Once online booking opens, a $50 deposit will be credited toward the initial evaluation fee.
- Complete your intake. Share symptoms, medications, prior testosterone treatment, fertility goals, relevant medical history, and existing results through the secure clinical system when available.
- Complete testing as ordered. After reviewing your intake, your clinician provides appropriate laboratory orders or arranges a conversation first. Take the order to an outside laboratory of your choice that can perform the requested testing.
- Meet with your clinician. Discuss your symptoms, understand your results, and explore your treatment options. Your clinician explains the recommended plan and how follow-up would work.
Blood work happens at an outside laboratory.
We do not currently draw blood at the Forest office. Your appointment and your lab draw are separate. You receive a lab order and instructions for the testing requested, including morning collection and fasting when instructed.
A diagnosis of low testosterone involves symptoms and consistently low testosterone results; repeat morning testing may be needed. Recent outside results can be reviewed, but additional testing may still be necessary. Read the Endocrine Society’s guide to low testosterone.
You pay the laboratory separately. Ask the lab about its price and whether it accepts your insurance; coverage is not guaranteed. If results are incomplete at your appointment, the evaluation can still take place, but a treatment decision may need to wait.
Know the costs
$150 per month for ongoing TRT care.
When treatment starts, the monthly membership includes prescribed injectable testosterone, routine injection supplies, shipping, scheduled follow-up, lab-result review, brief check-ins, and secure nonurgent treatment messaging.
The initial evaluation and laboratory charges are separate. The full evaluation fee and cancellation/refund terms will be provided before booking and payment. A full visit is not required every month; follow-up is guided by your care needs.

Is the office in Lynchburg or Forest?
The physical office is in Forest at 1563 Crossings Centre Drive, Suite 203, Forest, VA 24551. We serve men from the nearby Lynchburg area; this is our Forest location.
Do I need labs before contacting you?
No. Start by asking about an evaluation. Your clinician reviews your intake before ordering testing. If you already have results, keep a copy for secure review rather than ordering extra testing yourself.
Can I transfer care if I am already taking testosterone?
You can request an evaluation and share your current prescription, prior results, and treatment history through the secure clinical system. Your clinician will determine what records or testing are needed. Do not change your current treatment just to complete screening.
