Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit baselinemenshealth.com. Baseline Men’s Health is operated by Stillpoint Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC. Patient health information is also addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information collected through the website

When you browse, our hosting, security, and performance services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, and access times. This information helps deliver the website, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and understand site performance.

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Please limit an initial inquiry to your name, a way to reach you, and a general question. Do not send medical histories, laboratory results, identification documents, or payment details through ordinary email or public website features.

The public homepage currently does not collect clinical intake forms or payments. When secure intake, scheduling, or payment services are made available, those services will identify the information needed and provide applicable privacy and payment information.

Cookies, site tools, and external services

This WordPress website uses hosting and performance tools, including Hostinger site services and LiteSpeed caching. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies may support security, administrator sign-in, site preferences, performance, and any enabled audience or communication features. Hosting tools can change independently of the theme.

The design requests fonts from Google Fonts, which can disclose your IP address and browser information to Google when fonts load. Hostinger-provided scripts may also connect your browser to Hostinger services. These providers process technical data under their own policies. See Hostinger’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser. Blocking them may affect some features. Browser settings do not necessarily prevent all external resource requests. We do not ask for permission to collect sensitive health information through a cookie banner, and ordinary website browsing is not a secure channel for submitting clinical information.

How information is used and shared

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may share information with service providers supporting these functions, professional advisers where needed, or authorities when legally required or permitted. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Health information used for clinical care is handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable agreements with clinical service providers. Secure booking, patient-portal, laboratory, pharmacy, and payment services may have their own privacy notices. Following a link to another service takes you outside this website.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information involved. No website or transmission method is completely secure. We retain information as needed for its purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements; technical logs and clinical records can have different retention periods.

Your choices and questions

You may ask about information you provided, request a correction to contact information, or ask us to stop optional communications. Clinical record access and other health-information rights are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

This website is intended for adults seeking information about care. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13 through the public site. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website features or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. A website visit does not create a clinician–patient relationship or authorize treatment.
